Juan brings to the table a wealth of business management and marketing expertise, having worked with globally recognized brands like Harley-Davidson, Absolut Vodka and Phillip Morris in his home country Ecuador.
Juan and his husband Bob started their short term rental business in Orlando -the vacation rental capital of the world- as early adopters of Airbnb in 2014. Since then, they have hosted over 5,000 travelers from 40+ countries, and have owned and managed dozens of properties in South Florida and Ecuador as ‘Airbnbears Vacation Rentals’. Juan and Bob are proud full-time residents of Wilton Manors.
In 2016 Juan and Bob received an invitation from Airbnb Corporate to speak at their annual worldwide conference (“Airbnb Open”) in Los Angeles, CA. Two of their hosting experiences have been featured in Upworthy, Washington Post, The Points Guy, etc. In 2019 they were also chosen to be featured in a video campaign to promote Airbnb Open Homes program during the Summer months in social media platforms and offline.

After 3 decades working in logistics for Penske Truck Leasing, Bob decided to leave the corporate life to dedicate his time completely to his newly-found passion: providing visiting guests a place they could call home away from home, even for a few days.
His logistics background, resourcefulness and hands-on approach have undoubtedly been a pillar for the success of his and his husband’s boutique STR company Airbnbears Vacation Rentals.
Together, Bob and Juan have been Airbnb Superhost for 36 quarters in a row as of April 2024, VRBO Premier Host and Misterb&b Fabul’Host for years, and most of their own and Co-Hosted listings are “Guest Favorite” on Airbnb. Bob enjoys helping their clients obtain the same accolades quarter after quarter.
Leonardo Troya

Leonardo has accumulated two decades of experience in the entertainment, hospitality, and technology industries. He has managed several beachfront properties for over 6 years and is familiar with the challenges this entails. His experience with technology provides much needed support for process management, team coordination, and IT infrastructure for a business like ours.
Together with his wife Valery, Leonardo discovered his passion for providing the best guest experience to visitors, which led them to be Airbnb Superhosts for several consecutive years.
Valery Galindo

Valery worked for five years as a Brand Manager at one of the largest retail stores in Latin America. She holds a bachelor’s degree in digital marketing and also has a deep knowledge of corporate finance, strategic planning, profitability assessment, market research, competitive analysis and research tracking.
Together with Leonardo, they have cultivated their passion for providing unforgettable experiences to the visitors they receive at their managed properties. Both have been named Airbnb Superhosts for managing several beachfront properties.
